Recently my website started not to show some content on mobile I do not know what caused this I have tried to change settings to allow all content to show on mobile but it is still not solving the issue.
What are the best ways that I can try to solve this?
I really appreciate your help

Hi Robert,
It's hard to guess what may be going on without being able to look at it. Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing, and what SHOULD be appearing? Or at least share a link to the site in question? That'll help us determine what may be going on.
You also said that you tried to, “change settings to allow all content to show on mobile,” but that's not a default setting in WordPress. I suspect your site is using a third-party plugin to provide this functionality, and that plugin may be creating the issue.
Hope this helps, and if you can share a little more information, I'll do my best to help further troubleshoot this with you.
Hi Shawn
Thank you for getting back to me.
I have found the problem is caused by WPBakery Page Builder plugin all elements designed using it are not responsive on mobile.
I am now going to use another builder, but I prefer keeping it because it can save me some time. Do you know any way I can make those elements responsive with WPBakery Page Builder? The website is hercules.gg
Many thanks for your support
