Hey crew,
My client is asking for blog functionality as part of their website build, but I am not sure how to create a blog from scratch.
I am using Astra as my theme and Spectra as my page builder.
I enrolled in Dave's Spectra 101 course, but there are no lessons that go in-depth on setting up a WP blog from scratch.
Can anyone offer guidance on how to do so?

Could you elaborate on what information you are looking for? The videos go over how to design the site and it would depend on the specific goal you want to achieve for what extra information you would need.
Using Spectra/Astra Theme, I'd like to know how to:
a) Creating a blog archive page from scratch that shows all my most recent posts
b) Create a single post page from scratch and be able to reuse it as a template for all my posts

For your blog archive page, you should be able to use Spectra's loop builder to show the most recent posts and then it is the same process as customizing any other page with Spectra.

For your repeatable post styling, you would want to take a look at their patterns to get close to what you are wanting but you would need to check with Spectra's support directly for the current method for duplicating an entire post's style as a template.
