The 3 dots do not pull up the same information as the course. They pull up different information. Mine sTop Tool Bar spotlight mode , Full Screen and so on.

The block editor should still have Top toolbar, Spotlight mode, and Fullscren mode the only difference would be included is the Distraction free mode.

Are you using a theme that may be modifying the default editor?
