Hi, I purchased a theme and imported the Demo content which has over 65 pages. In my site, I"m not using all these pages. I just wanted the look of the Demo. I'm using probably about 6 pages out of the 65. When I go to All Pages it's a long list. Is there any reason why I shouldn't delete these pages? My first thought is to trash any pages I'm using but what will happen if I want to use one of the demo pages later that I trashed? Thanks.

Hi Michele, Importing demo content is always tricky, because they tend to include dozens of pages, posts, and widgets you may never use. Even if you manually delete some of that content, you'll likely still discover demo content months from now. You're probably safe to delete any pages or posts you're not planning to use. Any pages or posts you delete will simply be moved to the Trash — where they can be restored anytime within the next 30 days. If your host provides a free staging server, you might also consider duplicating the current version of your site with all the demo pages to your staging server. Then, you can safely delete those pages from your LIVE site, and if you find you want to use one of the demo pages, you can copy it from the staging server and paste it to your live server. Hope this helps!
