I can't find the tax settings in WooCommerce 3.5.3. Do they no longer exist?

Hi Axelle, To access the Tax Settings screens, first be sure they've been enabled for your site.
  1. Go to: WooCommerce > Settings > General
  2. Select the checkbox to “Enable Taxes and Tax Calculations”
  3. Save changes.
Once you've enabled Tax Settings, go to: WooCommerce > Settings > Tax to begin configuring taxes. This tab is only visible if taxes are enabled.
