I would like to have an editor read and make suggestions prior to publishing a blog on my website. I have added an editor, but how do I automate sending invites or asking for them to edit?

Hi Rani,
Fantastic question. You've already figured out how to add a user to your WordPress site, and assign them to the Editor role. That is also covered in the tutorial video, “Adding New Users,” which is part of our WordPress 101 course.
Once that is done, you'll want to install and activate the Pending Submission Notifications plugin:

This plugin sends an email notification anytime a post is “Pending Review.” By default, the email goes to the admin email set on your Settings page. But, you can add another email address to be notified (your Editor). Go to: Settings > Pending Submission Notifications and enter your Editor's email address.
