When I download a pdf from word after you open the pdf it allows viwers to see my whole list of files in the word app.

Sorry, but I'm not exactly clear on what you're trying to accomplish. At first glance, it seems like this is an issue with either Word or the PDF file you're creating.
WordPress doesn't actually display PDF files within pages or posts, but you can create a link to download the PDF.
So what precisely do you want to happen? Do you have a link to an example on your site?
With a little more information, I'll do my best to help.
