I'm just starting to learn about WordPress and I've discovered a lot of videos on YouTube talking about how to use Elementor and Divi to create websites. Even with the free version of Elementor.
Do you recommend to buy Divi or Elementor?
Another doubt is what happens when I stop paying for that item every year? Will my pages disappear?
If so, is it better to use the free version of Elementor to not lose anything?

Hi Jorge,
Excellent question. Both Divi and Elementor are powerful tools, and vary tremendously.
Ultimately, it boils down to which tool you're more comfortable using.
Your pages will not disappear if you stop paying for Elementor Pro, but you may stop receiving updates, and that could lead to security vulnerabilities over time.
Alternatively, you could just stick with the default Block Editor in WordPress (‘Gutenberg ’) and you'll be guaranteed the best forward compatibility.
Later this year, WordPress will add full site editing, enabling you to create headers, navigation menus, and footers... using blocks. At that point, you may find that you no longer need to choose a page builder, in addition to the default capabilities of WordPress.
Again, it ultimately boils down to the tools you're most comfortable using.
