Use WP 4.8 and all the plugins and updated template.
It is a few days that I appear on the site the black bar login or registration of Wordpress (without being authenticated), but I have not enabled nothing. I do not know why is appearance or as delete it, but arrive continuous recordings to the site does not desired and I think fake.
How do I delete?

Hi Roberto,
To my knowledge, the black admin toolbar at the top of your WordPress site only appears to logged-in users. It does not display for visitors to your site who are not logged in.
You might also look at the Nav Menu Roles plugin, which enables you to hide custom menu items—or the entire menu bar altogether—based on user roles.
