Gutenberg Question. How do I anchor say a brief phrase to lengthier text at the bottom of a page. I am thinking say a list of several titles to lengthier descriptions found elsewhere on the same page.

Yes, this is helpful. Thank you. I already use the first method (getting into the html) which is hard for a newbee like me, but I do it. I will look into that first plugin, but I try hard to avoid plugins since I hear so much about how they can confound things, break and cause chaos. I was hoping that Gut would have an easy way. The last three of the 4 ways seems to work with headers and I am not linking to headers. www.CEUonestop.com/webinar/recordings. I will study more and try a couple of things. I appreciate your followup.
BTW I want to give you a shout out for the excellent video trainings you provide. I have found them hugely helpful. Also I have used codable a couple of times and those people really know what they are doing. The second time was a bit more expensive that I thought it should be, but the two people I worked with were very helpful and stayed with me until I understood and finished the job.
