Why does tax show in the woocommerce cart before the address is entered in checkout

Hi John, If you set the, “Calculate Tax Based On” option to: “Customer shipping address,” the tax will not be calculated until after the customer has entered their shipping address on the checkout page. It sounds like you have enabled taxes and tax calculations, but may need to change the “Calculate Tax Based On” option in WooCommerce > Settings > Tax. Hope this helps!
