Could you elaborate on this question, when you say smart routing what are you referring to? Is it something a plugin is offering or your hosting provider or something else?

In your course outline for WP 101 E-mailing, there is a section titled “Smart Routing” but the outline or help provides not info on its contents, tools utilized or other info that would let me know whether I could learn more than I now know about e-mail routing and forwarding.

replied 1 year ago Thank you for that clarification and apologies on not checking our newer course. Smart Routing is a tool in WP Mail SMTP that allows you to specify different mailers for different emails sent from your site.
So if you wanted to use a specific mailer for WooCommerce emails and your default SMTP for comment notifications, that is one use of smart routing.
