I've gotten my Blog live — your lessons were very helpful. Now I'm trying to include advertisements on the page side bars and within certain posts about product recommendations. I'm struggling with this. I can't seem to place them where I want in specific locations on the page and I haven't even tried within posts yet. Are there plugins that will work? I've browsed the Plugin section and it's a mystery to me. Is there any documentation or lessons specific to this topic? Any suggestions?

Hi Ron,
I usually just paste the ad code furnished to me from the advertiser into the page, post, or sidebar widget in Text mode (not Visual mode).
But if that's not working for you, there are several plugins that will make this much easier for you. Our friends at Elegent Themes reently compiled this excellent list of the top advertising plugins for WordPress.
Hopefully one of those receommendations will fit the bill!
