How Do I retrieve a post draft

All posts that you create as a draft are listed alongside your published blog posts on the Posts panel in the administration area. Click the Posts > All Posts link in the navigation bar on the left-hand side to view a list of all your posts, whether published or saved as a draft. Then, click the Edit link next to the post you wish to edit.
