How do I edit the top bar?

When you're logged into your WordPress site, you'll see a bar across the top of your site that contains links that allow you to edit or create new content, edit your profile, and more. You can't edit that bar. The items in the admin toolbar are added by WordPress itself, or possibly by third-party plugins you may have installed on your site. But, you may not be talking about the admin toolbar. You may be referring to the navigation menu, which usually appears at the top of pages in your site.
