Please help. I followed the video instructions by Daniel on "Adding Products > Downloadable Products" but when I tested this using my credit card, the transaction was successful but when I checked my other email for that transaction there were no download links shown. I logged back into Wordpress > Woocommerce > Orders and I still need to click 'Complete' the order. Later on I received another email telling me my order was complete but there was no download link again. I'm kind of frustrated. I appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Hi Rupert,

First, make sure the product is setup correctly:

Login as the customer who made the purhchase and check if there is a download available in the My Account page under a section called My Downloads. If not, you may need to verify that the Downloadable product has the "Downloadable" checkbox checked.

Second, check for overrides to your Completed order email.

In the WordPress dashboard, hover over WooCommerce and click Settings. Then click on the Emails tab. Find "Completed order" in the table of emails and click on the name.

At the bottom of the page in the "HTML template" section check if there is text saying "This template has been overridden by your theme and can be found in:"

Sometimes theme developers override an email and don't leave in the requirded hooks to pull in downloadable links.
