Looking to contract with a Design Architect to help make sure we have the structure right before contracting with someone to develop our WP sites and commit to plugins and tools. The WP101 site is exactly what we need for our courses site and we will also have our main WP site as our hub for growing our email list. Any suggestions on the best way to approach this, recommendations, sharing of experiences or introductions are much appreciated. With thanks...Polly

Before I begin recommending WordPress designers or consultants for your project, I would like to be more clear about the specifics of your project.
Do you mean that you are attempting to build an online tutorial site like WP101 for your own courses? If so, why do you need a separate WordPress site for your email list? One WordPress site could handle both, I'm sure.
