I watch the videos with closed captions. However, when the voice over points to the top of the screen, it's out of the screen range so that I have to scroll up to see what's it pointing to. When I scroll up, the captions disappear beyond the bottom of the screen. See what I'm saying?
Is there a way you could have the entire length and width of the video fit the screen instead of going beyond the screen? That way I could simultaneously see both the top and bottom of the video without scrolling.
Thanks for reading this. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions, information, and concerns.

I solved it! You click on the blue tab at the right margin that stands for "Picture in Picture."
As a result, a smaller but full-screen video of the screen is displayed within the video and is above the captions. You can even resize the "Picture in Picture"!
When you are done with the video, press the "Esc" key.
Now I am a happy camper. :-)
Correction - instead of pressing the "Esc" when you are done with the "Picture in Picture" video, just click the "X" button on its top right corner. :-)
Hi Anna,
I'm happy you found a workaround. The videos on our site automatically resize, depending on the size of your monitor or device. The best practice is to click the ‘Full Screen’ button in the playback bar. Screenshot.
That will zoom the video to take over your entire screen, leaving plenty of room for the captions. When the video is finished, you can either press the ‘Escape’ key, or click the same button in the playback bar to return to the website view.
Hope this helps!
