If you are are using color and size variations and are tracking inventory, how can you tell WooCommerce how much of each color in each size?

By default, I believe WooCommerce only allows you to track inventory at the product level — not for specific variations.
But there are plugins like ATUM Inventory Management for WooCommerce that enable you track inventory per variation, plus a whole lot more.
