If I build a WordPress website using one domain name, can I then change it to another domain name after it is built? If so how do I do that?

Yes, you can change the domain name for your WordPress site. It's a bit tricky, but here are the steps to change your domain name:

I usually prefer to change the URL directly in the database, and those steps are also outlined in the article above.
