Sorry to hear you were having problems with this, Jamie. Did you already have an account on our site? If so, you would first need to log into your account before making your purchase.

If you don’t already have an account on our site at the time of purchase, the checkout page allows you to create your account at the same time you enter your payment details. (This is new as of this past week.)

I’ve personally tested the entire checkout process multiple times in Safari and Chrome, both creating a new user account and logging into an existing account.

But I’m very interested in learning if you encountered else along the way that would prevent others from getting access to our courses. In particular, I’m curious about the reference to “Proceed to checkout,” since that verbiage is not used by the system that powers our site. I’d love to learn where you saw that.

Happy you were able to get past it. If there’s anything we can do to improve the process, I’m keen to hear it!
