So it has to be a real time conversation and can't move to email. And the conversation should stay on the website also to keep people there and have them engage in other parts of the platform. So really it is exactly what the floating button type chat does best but the client wants to keep the conversation on a specific page rather than have the floating button. Part of the reason for that is that most users seem to be on mobile. On Answer for Plugin search: Chat plugin that does live in a chatboxYes, just the whole point is that I would like to not have that floating button and chat window in the page but rather have the chat in the page content. On Answer for Plugin search: Chat plugin that does live in a chatboxHm, interesting idea. But I don't think comments work in the same way, or can they easily be changed to only be visible to the person running the website and the user making the comments. These are straight forward support conversations so no other user should be able to see these. On Answer for Plugin search: Chat plugin that does live in a chatboxI hope my question is clear. It seems like this stack exchange user had the same question: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/268743/include-live-chat-plugin-into-page-content?newreg=3c4ee53d04a846029081631a7fc6dfa7 I need the chat to be in the page content, just restricting the button to appear on a certain page does not work.On Plugin search: Chat plugin that does live in a chatboxCrop
