I am using the Zero Gravity theme and I am using a booking widget and it keeps appearing twice in the sidebar, yet when I go into widgets, it's only there once and I can't seem to find the source of the duplication. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Well that's peculiar, isn't it? Would you mind sharing a link to the page in question so we can take a look at it? And which booking plugin are you using? I'm curious if this is a known issue they've encountered before. It might be worth reaching out to their support team to ask. But I'll be happy to give it a look!

Hi Shawn,

Thanks so much. The link is http://www.thefarmsnead.co.uk

I’m trying to help a client and I’m totally stumped. The plugin is FreeToBook. I’ve not used this plug in before but it’s strange as there is no sign of duplication on the back end.

Thanks in advance.

Interesting. When I look at the source code for that page, it looks like there are, in fact, two different widgets at play. The first one is a regular text widget with the title, “Book Ty Camlad Now.” It’s possible that widget contains a shortcode that is responsible for displaying the Free to Book widget.

The second widget actually has a class of .ftb-widget, which implies it’s the actual Free to Book widget.

Hope this helps in the troubleshooting!

Thanks so much for taking the time to answer. I will take a look and try and get this sorted, I didn’t have a clue where to look, so this is a big help, thanks 🙂
