Using the Pages Wordpress widget, it says to exclude pages I have to enter page ID's separated by a comma. What is the page id they are referring to?

Great question, Tim. And WordPress doesn't exactly make it very intuitive to find the ID for a post or page.
Log into to your WordPress administration area, then navigate to: Pages > All Pages
Hover your mouse over the name of the page for which you want the ID.
Look in the status bar of your web browser, and you'll see a URL like this:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=1234&action=edit
In the example above, ?post=1234 indicates that the ID for that page is ‘1234’.
You can use this same method for determining the ID of a post, category, or tag.
