I'm re-designing a Woo-commerce site. It have previously been designed with Elementor and I'm not sure on the theme. I would like to use Kadence theme and Elementor for the builder. Unfortunately the old theme/design is still there and I don't know how to remove it (the only theme viewable under my "themes" tab is Kandence. Right now I'm just trying to update the header and can't remove the menu that has already been built. I've looked under menu's but not sure where it's connected. Can you please let me know if I'm missing something and how to re-design the header with elementor. Thank you.

Hi Alexi,
Without access to your site, I can't really provide step-by-step guidance as to how to update the header on your site.
I wonder, have you consulted Elementor's official support channel, or this tutorial on how to create a header or footer in Elementor?
Outside of that, I would highly recommend you use a staging server for making major design changes, instead of working on your live site. That way, if things go awry, you can easily revert those changes without impacting your live site.
