Thanks for providing the URL to your website, Adrian.
It appears that the newsletter signup block on your website is being created by your current theme, Brixton — a ThemeForest theme. As such, your best bet will be to contact the creator of that theme, via their own support channel:

Surely the creator of that theme will know best how to customize the various areas of the theme.

That’s a little hard to answer without at least being able to see your homepage. I’m not sure if the newsletter sign-up form on your site is being powered by your theme, a 3rd-party plugin, or if it’s a widget. Each of those cases would require completely different instructions.
